Our Pastors and Staff

Terry G. Pierce
Senior Pastor - tgpierce@odessafirstnazarene.org

Terry serves as our Senior Pastor. He is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University, Bethany, Oklahoma. He has served as Senior Pastor at Lone Pine, California, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Beaumont, Texas. Pastor Terry is now in his 20th year as pastor of OFCN. Before entering the pastoral ministry, he served churches in Oklahoma and Texas as Minister of Youth and Music.

Being community minded, Terry is a servant leader in Pray Odessa, Rainbow’s End Walk to Emmaus, Odessa, and Associate Chaplain for the Odessa Police Department. He is also a member of Southwest Football Officials Association, the SW Basketball Officials Association, and an avid Oklahoma Sooners fan.

Having a vision for racial unity within the Body of Christ, Terry is active in the Southside Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance and the Odessa Unity Committee.

Pastor Terry and his wife Gail have 4 children and 7 grandchildren.

Tom Reed
Administrative/Worship Pastor (praiseman@hotmail.com)

Tom serves as our Administrative and Worship Pastor. He is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma, and attended Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. He has served as an associate in Music and/or Youth at Antioch Church of the Nazarene, Overland Park, Kansas, First Church of the Nazarene, Richardson, Texas, First Church of the Nazarene, Garden City, Kansas, Williams Memorial Church of the Nazarene, Bethany, Oklahoma, First Church of the Nazarene, Clovis, New Mexico, and First Church of the Nazarene, Midland, Texas. While in Bethany, Tom served as NYI President for the Northwest Oklahoma District.

Tom, a bi-vocational pastor, is employed by Petroleum Strategies, Inc. in Midland where he is manager of the marketing division and coordinator for the annual Executive Oil Conference (www.petroleumstrategies.com). He is involved in the community as secretary of the Midland Ministerial Alliance and Chairman of the Advisory Committee for the Midland Center.

Pastor Tom and his wife Brenda have 6 children, 14 grandchildren, and two great grandchild.

Tyler Hull
Youth Minister (tylerhull@live.com)

Tyler serves as our Youth Ministries Director. She is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University, Bethany, Oklahoma with a degree in Ministry and Theology.

At SNU, Tyler was in the Ministerial Internship Program and worked with Calvary Church of the Nazarene and Oklahoma City First Church of the Nazarene serving as youth intern. While in Bethany she was part of the Membership Staff at the Bethany YMCA for over two years. Tyler also spent the summer of 2006 as part of the Southern Nazarene rec team, "SNU CREW," traveling to seven church camps and a quiz meet providing the recreation.
