Norma Watkins

ODESSA _ Norma Wanda (Sip) Watkins, 86, died Tuesday, July 29, 1997, at Medical Center Hospital.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hubbard-Kelly Chapel with the Rev. Terry Pierce officiating.

Burial was at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements were by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

She was born in Richland Springs and had been a resident of Odessa since 1951. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene.

SURVIVORS: Sons, Billy F. Watkins and Fred C. Watkins, both of Odessa, and Kenneth J. Watkins of Houston; daughters, Fran Holcomb and JoAnn Combest, both of Odessa, and Ruth J. Watkins and Linda J. Watkins, both of Dallas; sisters, Grace Burnett of Grant Pass, Ore. and Billie Lawrence of Salinas, Ca.; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren
